Kyle MacAlmon
Director of Victory Teen Missions
Kyle MacAlmon is the director of Victory Teen Missions. He graduated from Oral Roberts University and began working at Victory Christian Center in
2006. Kyle and his wife, Brenda, are passionate about helping young people discover their destiny through short term mission trips. Between both Kyle and Brenda, they have been to over 27 nations, spreading the love of God to the lost.
Leadership Positions:
Be a part of changing the world as you lead young people on an adventure of a lifetime. Develop your leadership skills through training, discipleship, and accountability. The leadership training will help you with large and small group dynamics, crosscultural, evangelism, preaching, and discipleship.
Team Leader (TL): 2 per team
(1 male/1 female)
Qualifications: Adult. Strong Character, Discipline in their relationship with God and experience in youth leadership and/or teen mission trip.
Team leaders lead a group of 20 to 30 young people in a life changing misson experience. Team leaders are responsible for the daily process of ministry and for providing direction and leadership for their team. This includes directing misnistry sites, giving altar calls, processing with the team, overseeing physical health/safety of each team member, discipleship, and maintaining rules and accountability within their team.
Country Assistant (CA): 1 per team
Qualification: Adult. Canidate needs to possess excellent orgainizational skills, be self-motivated, and multi-task oriented.
The country assistant (CA) is an ormor-bearer to the project directors. The need to have the ability to serve as assistant in order to fulfill administrative and logistical tasks. Responsibilities may include organizing plane tickets, alphabetizing passports, assisting in procuring trip supplies, and much more.
Global Impactor (GI): 1 per 3-5 missionaries
Qualifications: Adult. Strong Spiritial life, leadership qualities, and desire to discipline young people.
Global Impact Leaders (GI) will oversee and disciple 3-5 student missionaries. They have the awesome pribilege of encouraging young people in their walk with God and challenging them in their ministry to the lost. GI's will also be in charge of specific ministry aspect's on the mission field.
