You need four things to get started in the application process:
APPLICATION - Fillout and send in your application (see below). Application fee must be included with you VTM application. $25 spectial offer for early registration if received by ******. $35 registration due date is ******. $50 late registration due date when received by *****. Once you have completely filled out the application, mail application, you can also download the application online and fax your applicaiton to us at (918) 491-4500.
RECOMMENDATIONS - Have your pastor or youth pastor fill out a recommendation form.
PASSORT - (Must be received by ******) - Please send to the VTM office via mail in a secured padded envelope to avoid theft, as of January 2007, a passport will be required for anyone traveling by land or air to mexico. so, if you need to acquire a passport, apply for one immediately, the passport application process normally takes 6-8 weeks, but due to the changes in passport requirements, there has been an ongoing delay in the processing time, therefore we recommend that you apply for one before Maych 1st, 2008 to ensure your arrive on time.
